At Blush Bake Shop, each order is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, the finest ingredients and close attention to detail. This guide is designed to help you plan your celebration with ease by understanding how cake sizing and pricing are approached so you can choose what best suits your gathering.

Cake Sizes and Investment

All Blush Bake Shop cakes are priced per serving and scaled to suit the size and style of your gathering. Most clients begin by considering the number of guests they’re planning for and then I’ll guide you toward the most appropriate cake size or combination. The ranges below reflect common gathering sizes and estimated investment. Final pricing is ultimately dependent upon flavor selection and decorative detail.

*Servings are based on industry standard 1" x 2" slices for a generous dessert portion.

Buttercream Flower Cakes

  • Half Dozen - $80

    Signature Dozen - $135

  • Mini - Serves 4- 6 - from $150

    6 Inch - Serves 12+ - from $190

    8 Inch - Serves 24+ - from $225

    4" + 6" (Mini Tier) - Serves 18+ - From $320

  • 8 Inch Tall - Serves 30+ - From $260

    6" + 8" Tier - Serves 36+ - From $360

  • 4" + 6" + 8" - Serves 40+ - from $430

    6” + 8” + 10” - Serves 75 - from $780

  • 8 Inch - Serves 12- 14 - from $196

    10 Inch - Serves 18- 20 - from $250

    *Heart shaped cakes consist of 2 layers.

For events with larger guest counts, alternative cake formats or a cohesive grouping of cakes may be recommended when tiered cakes are not desired or appropriate.

Classic cupcakes are available as add-ons to your custom cake or buttercream flower cupcake order. Kitchen cakes are available to supplement wedding cake servings. Please inquire for details.

  • I specialize in hand-piped buttercream florals that mimic real blooms, alongside refined, vintage-inspired textures and soft, elegant color palettes. My work is best suited for clients who love classic and nature inspired aesthetics rather than novelty, theme or saturated color schemes.

  • No, all Blush cakes are crafted exclusively in buttercream, and each design is created uniquely for your celebration. I do not replicate other artists’ work, but I’m happy to be inspired by your color palette, mood, or event style.

  • Custom cakes and wedding cakes are an investment in design, flavor, quality ingredients, and expertise. Most cakes fall within the ranges outlined above, depending on size and level of detailing.

    As a general guideline, custom cakes typically range from $10- $15/ serving.

  • Custom cakes typically require 2–4 weeks’ notice, and weekends fill quickly. Booking early is recommended, especially for peak event seasons in the spring and fall and during holidays. Please note that due to fluctuating ingredient costs we typically do not quote for more than 6 months out.

  • Delivery is available to Phoenixville, Collegeville, the Main Line (Berwyn, Malvern, Paoli, Wayne, Devon, etc), King of Prussia, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated based on round trip distance from Phoenixville. Pickup is available by appointment.

  • Some of our cake flavors can be made gluten friendly and we also offer vegan and gluten friendly cupcakes. Our carrot cake can be made be nut free.

    Please be advised that we are not an allergen free kitchen and cannot guarantee there will be no cross contamination. Unfortunately if you or your guests have severe allergies, we cannot accommodate your order.
