A light, timeless vanilla cake made with Madagascan vanilla bean and finished with silky vanilla buttercream, with the option of raspberry conserve. Elegant and endlessly versatile for weddings, birthdays, showers, and celebrations of every kind.
LONDON FOG
A softly fragrant Earl Grey tea cake with the perfect balance of tea and fruit, reminiscent of your favorite latte. Layered with blackberry caramel and finished with Earl Grey vanilla bean buttercream.
SALTED CARAMEL MOCHA
A rich chocolate caramel cake made with Belgian dark chocolate, layered with handmade salted caramel and espresso- kissed buttercream. Decadent, balanced, and perfect for chocolate lovers.
COZY PEAR

24 CARROT
A classic carrot cake made with freshly shredded carrots, crushed candied pecans, and tangy lemon cheesecake style buttercream. Can be made nut-free.
WILD BLUEBERRY CITRUS
A light lemon blueberry cake speckled throughout with wild blueberries and finished with whipped vanilla bean buttercream. Fresh, balanced, and delicately fragrant with a gentle citrus finish.
A Thoughtful Approach
My flavors are intentionally balanced- not overly sweet- crafted to complement the delicate textures of my buttercream florals and vintage piping.
I bake every cake from scratch using premium ingredients, including Belgian cocoa, Madagascar vanilla, and seasonal local produce whenever possible.
