I recently had the pleasure of collaborating on a very special project with Alanna at Waverly Flower Co. When she reached out to commission a retirement cake for her accountant, an avid gardener, I knew it had to be something truly "blooming."

Since the recipient has a deep love for gardening, I wanted the cake to feel like a fresh-cut Spring bouquet. I hand-piped a variety of intricate buttercream florals, including:

• Lush Peonies: For that classic, high-end garden feel.

• Butterfly Ranunculus: Capturing those delicate, frilly petals.

• Sweet Peas: To add a touch of whimsical, airy texture.
